We use data to answer enquiries, prepare itineraries and quotes, support booking and pre-contract information, and meet accounting and complaint duties. Bases: your consent, steps taken at your request before contracting, and legal obligations under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.
4. Sharing
Only what is necessary goes to retreat venues, hotels, transport and insurance providers and IT hosting suppliers. We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Enquiries: up to 12 months. Booking and accounting records: as long as Ukrainian law requires. Marketing consent records: until withdrawn.
