Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Provider and scope

This policy covers cancellations, changes and refunds for tours, retreats and travel services sold on webstudlio.com by LLC webstudlio.com, EDRPOU 68705220, Office 412, 27 Yevhena Konovaltsia Street, Kyiv, 01133, Ukraine. It is issued under Закон України «Про туризм» від 15.09.1995 № 324/95-ВР and Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.

2. Cancellation by the traveller

Notice must be sent in writing to hello@webstudlio.com; the date received applies. Unless your booking confirmation states otherwise:

• 30 or more days before departure: refund less non-refundable supplier costs and a 10% administration fee;
• 15–29 days: 50% refund;
• 7–14 days: 25% refund;
• under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Unused services, late arrival and early departure are not refunded.

3. Changes

One free date change per booking up to 30 days before departure, subject to availability and any supplier price difference.

4. Cancellation by us

If we cancel for reasons within our control, you may take an equivalent alternative or receive a full refund of sums paid. Minimum group sizes are stated in your confirmation.

5. Third-party services

Hotels, carriers and activity providers apply their own conditions, which prevail for those components. Refunds we receive from them are passed to you.

6. Travel advisories and force majeure

If official advisories, armed conflict, natural disaster, epidemic or other force majeure make the trip unsafe or impossible, we offer a date change or a refund less costs already incurred with suppliers.

7. Refund timing

Approved refunds are paid within 14 calendar days by the original payment method.

8. Complaints and disputes

Send claims to hello@webstudlio.com or +380 932 786 4383; we reply within 30 days. Out-of-court dispute resolution is available under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII.
